Explorative focus groups to identify the most appealing creative route.

THE CHALLENGE

Punch were developing future premise solutions and needed to identify which of two potential creative routes had the most appeal and why.

OUR APPROACH

Due to the creative nature of the brief and the need to fully engage with respondents across various elements of the creative proposition, in-depth, explorative focus groups were conducted. These groups allowed full interaction across each element and in-depth engagement and discussion. This allowed us to explore a new outlet proposition and its general appeal, understand how distinctive the proposition is and highlight key differences by target consumer groups.

THE OUTCOME

The research was used by Punch to identify the most desired creative route for future premise development based on customer feedback and insight. KAM Media provided creative feedback on design optimisation and helped to drive the strategic direction on target consumer groups and occasions for Punch.
