THE CHALLENGE

Nightlife Clubs approached KAM Media to provide them with some valuable customer insight. They wanted to assess the service provided to customers across three of their Adult Entertainment clubs in Cardiff in order to understand and capitalise on the strengths in their business and to address any weaknesses.

OUR APPROACH

KAM Media organised mystery visits at peak trading times across the three clubs to assess key variables as specified by Nightlife Clubs. We provided a detailed post-visit report enabling Chris Knight to fully understand his customer’s experience.

THE OUTCOME

The project was completed on time and within budget. Insights were used to change and improve the Nightlife Clubs offering. The project is to be repeated on a regular basis to ensure that high service levels are maintained.
