THE CHALLENGE

Molson Coors and Greene King wanted to increase their engagement with a selection of their Premium Partner publicans. Educating, informing and entertaining them in order to drive greater engagement and collaboration across their key pub customer base.

OUR APPROACH

We created and hosted a two-day study tour, hosted by Greene King and Molson Coors, in Prague, Czech Republic. We coordinated all the logistics and management of a trip for 34 Premium Partner publicans, creating an educational two-day event and allowing delegates an opportunity to see best-in-class pubs and bars, network and to celebrate success.

THE OUTCOME

The interactive and high-energy two-day study tour, alongside ongoing contact for delegates for further learning and guidance, created a fantastic educational and networking opportunity for all delegates and fostered further opportunities for business to business discussions. This enhanced Greene King and Molson Coors customer relationships and showcased them as thought-leading businesses working with publicans to grow their businesses together.
