THE CHALLENGE

Enterprise Foods approached KAM Media to help them with an in-depth customer experience project. They wanted to understand what their customers thought of their service, where it could be improved and how they could capitalise on their strengths. Enterprise Foods also wanted to initiate a research and insight culture within their business to reflect their desire for continuous improvement.

OUR APPROACH

KAM Media spoke to a number of Enterprise Foods clients and conducted personalised, in-depth telephone interviews with decision makers throughout the businesses that they work with. We worked in conjunction with Enterprise Foods to create a detailed discussion guide that covered and gained feedback on all areas of the service they provide. Results were then presented back to Enterprise Foods with recommendations and the research has been integral to the next stage of company strategy and development.

THE OUTCOME

The research presented by KAM Media has allowed Enterprise Foods Ltd to evaluate their business and develop more targeted strategies to improve their customer service and ultimately grow the company.
