for Brand Growth
Elastic asked KAM Media to carry out a research project for one of their largest spirits brand clients. They wanted to understand where the opportunities were for product growth and if they needed to engage licensees and customers in a different way.
We carried out interviews with licensees and customers at a number of bars where there had been brand activation.
Our research was used to identify how licensees and customers were responding and engaging with the brand and to identify where there were opportunities to increase market share. We created a presentation for Elastic to circulate internally and present to relevant staff.
Case Study 2: Engaging Licensees
With Their Brand
Elastic commissioned KAM Media to carry out a number of interviews with licensees to understand their knowledge and connection with brand activation and competitive set. They wanted to gain honest feedback and identify areas in need of development.
KAM Media conducted a number of face to face in depth interviews with licensees. We provided end to end project management and created a presentation document for each interview with a full overview executive summary for Elastic to circulate internally.
The research presented by KAM Media has allowed Elastic to develop more targeted strategies to engage licensees with their brand.
