Cranswick asked KAM Media to help them understand the meat shopper within Tesco. They wanted honest, independent shopper feedback, on camera and to turn that into an engaging film to share with their clients and internal teams.
KAM Media carried out one day of on-site, face to face interviews at the fixture. We edited over 50 interviews to create two different length films for corporate use.
Our research was used to identify what products were/were not suitable for Tesco supermarkets. The shopper feedback films enabled Cranswick to bring their products and usage of their products to life and the were used to drive strategic direction with regards to range and shopper needs.
