THE CHALLENGE

Conviviality wanted to gain a holistic understanding of the evolution of the convenience channel whilst highlighting future trends and opportunities that would allow them to plot a course for success in the future. They required actionable insight which they could use with investors and franchisees.

OUR APPROACH

By collating and mining new and existing research, understanding and analysing previous industry and client research, conducting extensive face to face and online customer research and gaining input from key stakeholders and industry leaders, we were able to create an in-depth look at the convenience market. The results allowed us to chart the evolution of the convenience industry, understand current and future trends in the UK and global markets, predict the future of the channel and provide actionable insights to use with investors and franchisees.

THE OUTCOME

The research was used in strategic discussions with investors and insights were used to change and improve the offering to Conviviality franchisees, providing a competitive edge in relationships and the sharing of knowledge and expertise with franchisees.
