Customer research program developed, contributing to a record trading year.

THE CHALLENGE

Confex wanted to create their first bespoke customer research program, using insight to improve the members offering and to move quickly and deliver actionable insights.

OUR APPROACH

Working closely with Confex Directors, KAM Media established 5-year trading objectives with a proposed integrated research program to enable the journey. KAM provided full development of the questionnaire, extensive face to face customer research, end to end project management and presentation of results and recommendations, alongside ongoing consultation with Confex Directors.

THE OUTCOME

Insights and recommendations allowed timely decisions and changes to be made within the business. Changes were made to enhance the experience and business model for Confex members. These included ranging, product offering and payment options, helping to contribute to a record trading year for Confex.
