BrewBroker

Concept testing with a targeted audience

THE CHALLENGE

Brewbroker is the ‘global marketplace for the brewing industry.’ They wanted to understand whether small multiple operators would be interested in putting their “needs” onto a platform for brewers to “pitch” for space and also gauge the size of the opportunity of their proposition.

OUR APPROACH

We interviewed small and medium size business owners, or those responsible for purchasing decisions to understand their beer purchasing habits and the decision process which surrounds it. Business owners were sourced based upon their background and profile in order to match potential BrewBroker target audience.

THE OUTCOME

The research allowed BrewBroker to flex their approach to best meet the desired need of potential customers. Allowed for greater targeting with marketing and ensured the product was fit for purpose upon launch. The exciting new concept successfully launched at the BrewLDN UK event.
